Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary may, by notice published in the Gazette , declare that areas of a port intended for use either wholly or partly in connection with the movement, loading, unloading, maintenance or provisioning of security regulated ships comprise a security regulated port .
(2) The notice must include a map of the port that shows the boundaries of the security regulated port.
(3) An area controlled exclusively by the Australian Defence Force must not be included as part of a security regulated port.
