Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary may, by writing, appoint a person as a security assessment inspector if the person satisfies the criteria prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this subsection.
(2) A security assessment inspector is appointed for the period specified in the instrument of appointment.
