Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Secretary may, by notice published in the Gazette , declare that any of the following is a security regulated offshore facility :
(a) an offshore facility;
(b) a part of an offshore facility;
(c) a group of offshore facilities;
(d) a part of a group of offshore facilities.
(2) The notice must include information on the location and boundaries of the security regulated offshore facility of the kind and in the form prescribed by the regulations.
