MARITIME TRANSPORT AND OFFSHORE FACILITIES SECURITY ACT 2003 - SECT 65
Maritime industry participants must not hinder or obstruct compliance with ship security plans
(1) A maritime industry participant must not engage in conduct
that hinders or obstructs compliance with the ship security plan of a ship.
(2) If a maritime industry participant contravenes subsection
(1), the participant does not commit an offence but may be subject to
an enforcement order (see section 189) or an injunction under section
197.
