MARITIME TRANSPORT AND OFFSHORE FACILITIES SECURITY ACT 2003 - SECT 81

  (1)   The ship operator for a regulated Australian ship may apply to the Secretary for an ISSC for the ship.

  (2)   The application must be in accordance with any requirements prescribed in the regulations.
