NAVIGATION ACT 2012 - SECT 129

Vessels to which this Part applies

    This Part applies to:

  (a)   regulated Australian vessels; and

  (b)   domestic commercial vessels; and

  (c)   recreational vessels that have Australian nationality.

Note:   Section   12 may affect the application of this Chapter in certain circumstances relating to State and Territory law.
