Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) An issuing body may vary a pollution certificate if the issuing body is satisfied that the criteria prescribed by the regulations in relation to the variation of the certificate are met.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), an issuing body may vary a pollution certificate to impose a condition on the certificate.
