Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The regulations may make provision:
(a) giving effect to the Tonnage Convention; and
(b) otherwise in relation to the tonnage of vessels.
(2) Without limiting subsection (1), the regulations may make provision in relation to the following:
(a) issuing International Tonnage Certificates (1969);
(b) issuing other tonnage measurement certificates;
(c) assigning tonnages to vessels;
(d) measuring of tonnage of vessels.
