NAVIGATION ACT 2012 - SECT 78
Seafarer or licensed pilot may be required to undergo alcohol test
AMSA may require a seafarer or a licensed pilot on board a
regulated Australian vessel or a foreign vessel to undergo a test of a kind
prescribed by the regulations for the purpose of determining the level of
alcohol in the blood of the seafarer or pilot.
