Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) For the purposes of a corruption investigation, an authorised officer who is not a constable for the purposes of the Crimes Act 1914 has the same powers and duties under Divisions 2, 3 and 5 of Part IAA of that Act as a constable has under those Divisions.
(2) The Crimes Act 1914 has effect for the purposes of this section with the modifications set out in Subdivision B.
