Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A staff member of the NACC who, in the course of performing or exercising functions or powers under Division 1 or 2 of Part 3 of the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 (including as a delegate), becomes aware of a NACC corruption issue, must refer the NACC corruption issue to the Inspector.
(2) If the staff member became aware of the NACC corruption issue as a result of an internal disclosure made under the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 , the staff member must, as soon as reasonably practicable, notify the discloser of the staff member's referral of the issue under this section.
