NATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION COMMISSION ACT 2022 - SECT 252

  (1)   The functions of the CEO are:

  (a)   to manage the affairs of the NACC; and

  (b)   to ensure the NACC performs its functions.

  (2)   The CEO has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of the CEO's functions.
