Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsAt a hearing, the following persons may, so far as the Commissioner thinks appropriate, examine or cross - examine any witness on any matter that the Commissioner considers relevant:
(a) counsel assisting the Commissioner;
(b) a person summoned, or otherwise authorised, to appear before the Commissioner at the hearing;
(c) any legal practitioner representing a person at the hearing.
