NATIONAL BLOOD AUTHORITY ACT 2003 - SECT 13

  (1)   The Board's functions are as follows:

  (a)   to participate in consultation with the Minister about the appointment of the General Manager;

  (b)   to give advice to the General Manager about the performance of the NBA's functions;

  (c)   to liaise with governments, suppliers and others about matters relating to the NBA's functions;

  (d)   such other functions (if any) as are specified in a notice under subsection   ( 2) given by the Minister to the Chair.

  (2)   The Minister may, by legislative instrument, make a notice for the purposes of paragraph   ( 1)(d).
