NATIONAL BROADBAND NETWORK COMPANIES ACT 2011 - SECT 78

    This Part does not impose a requirement on:

  (a)   NBN Co; or

  (b)   the members of the Board;

if NBN Co is a wholly - owned Commonwealth company (within the meaning of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013 ).
