Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsASIC may hold hearings for the purposes of the performance or exercise of any of its functions and powers under the Commonwealth credit legislation, other than a function or power conferred on it by Part 6 - 1 (which deals with investigations).
