NATIONAL CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT 2009 - SECT 36

  (1)   A person may apply for a licence by lodging an application with ASIC on or after 1   July 2010, or a later day prescribed by the regulations.

  (2)   The application must be in the approved form.
