NARCOTIC DRUGS ACT 1967 - SECT 12E

    A manufacture licence is subject to the following conditions:

  (a)   the conditions set out in sections   12G to 12N;

  (b)   the conditions (if any) prescribed by the regulations;

  (c)   the conditions (if any) imposed by the Secretary (see sections   11L, 12F and 13).
