Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Secretary may, by notice in writing given to a person who is the holder of a licence, give directions to the person with respect to:
(a) operations connected with the manufacturing of drugs or narcotic preparations; or
(b) the labelling of drugs or narcotic preparations;
manufactured by the person.
