NATIONAL DISABILITY INSURANCE SCHEME ACT 2013 - SECT 49A

    The CEO must conduct a reassessment of a participant's plan in the circumstances, if any, specified in the plan.

Note:   This section applies subject to section   49B (no reassessment of old framework plan if participant to have new framework plans).
