NATIONAL ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION COUNCIL ACT 1994 - SECT 28
Voting at meetings
(1) At a meeting, a decision of the Council must be supported by
the votes of at least two - thirds of the members, whether present or not.
(2) The member presiding at a meeting of the Council has a
deliberative vote only.
