NATIONAL GREENHOUSE AND ENERGY REPORTING ACT 2007 - SECT 22XNK

    An amount payable under section   22XNI or 22XNJ:

  (a)   is a debt due to the Commonwealth; and

  (b)   may be recovered by the Regulator, on behalf of the Commonwealth, by action in a court of competent jurisdiction.
