NATIONAL GREENHOUSE AND ENERGY REPORTING ACT 2007 - SECT 64

    An authorised officer executing a warrant must, before entering premises under the warrant:

  (a)   announce that he or she is authorised to enter the premises; and

  (b)   give any person at the premises an opportunity to allow entry to the premises.
