Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsNo civil proceedings may be brought against the Commissioner or a person assisting the Commissioner under an arrangement made under section 72 in relation to loss, damage, or injury of any kind suffered by a person in the course of the proper performance or exercise of the functions or powers of the Commissioner or of the person assisting the Commissioner under this Act.
