Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Pricing Authority has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done for or in connection with the performance of its functions.
(2) The powers of the Pricing Authority include, but are not limited to, the power to enter into contracts.
