Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may give directions to the Commission in relation to the performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers.
(2) A direction under subsection (1) must be of a general nature only.
(3) Before making a direction under subsection (1), the Minister must consult each participating State/Territory Health Minister.
(4) The Commission must comply with a direction under subsection (1).
