NATIONAL HEALTH REFORM ACT 2011 - SECT 204N

  (1)   The Aged Care Advisory Committee is to hold such meetings as are necessary for the performance of its functions.

  (2)   The Chair of the Aged Care Advisory Committee may convene a meeting at any time.
