NATIONAL HEALTH REFORM ACT 2011 - SECT 216A

Disclosure to Aged Care Minister

If the Minister is not also the Aged Care Minister, an official of the Pricing Authority may disclose protected Pricing Authority information that is aged care information to the Aged Care Minister.
