Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Chair of the Pricing Authority may, by writing, delegate any or all of his or her functions and powers under this Part to the Pricing Authority CEO.
(2) A delegate must comply with any written directions of the Chair of the Pricing Authority.
