Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsPart 5.2 is to be interpreted in accordance with Schedule 7 to the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law set out in the Schedule to the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009 of Queensland and, for that purpose, Schedule 7 applies as if references to this Law or a Queensland Act were references to Part 5.2 or an Act of this jurisdiction, and with all other necessary modifications.
