NATIONAL HEALTH REFORM ACT 2011 - SECT 273

Disclosure to the Secretary etc.

    An official of the Funding Body may disclose protected Funding Body information to:

  (a)   the Secretary; or

  (b)   the head (however described) of the Health Department of a State or Territory.
