Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) There is to be a Register called the National Register of Security - sensitive Biological Agents.
(2) The National Register is to be maintained in an up - to - date form by the Secretary.
(3) The National Register may be kept in a computerised form.
