NATIONAL HEALTH SECURITY ACT 2007 - SECT 38C

Offence--failure to have confirmatory testing or destruction done

  (1)   An entity commits an offence if:

  (a)   the entity is subject to a requirement under section   38B; and

  (b)   the entity contravenes the requirement.

Penalty:   500 penalty units.

  (2)   Section   4K of the Crimes Act 1914 does not apply to an offence against subsection   (1).
