Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Subject to subsection (2), the Secretary may, by writing, delegate any of his or her powers and functions under this Part to an SES employee, or an acting SES employee, in the Department.
(2) The Secretary must not delegate the Secretary's power under section 63 (appointment of inspectors).
