NATURAL HERITAGE TRUST OF AUSTRALIA ACT 1997 - SECT 23

  (1)   This section applies if another Act appropriates an amount from the Consolidated Revenue Fund for credit to the Account.

  (2)   The amount is to be credited to the Account.
