Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A reference in subsection 5(6) of the Natural Resources Management (Financial Assistance) Act 1992 to money appropriated by the Parliament for the purpose mentioned in that subsection includes a reference to an amount debited from the Account in accordance with paragraphs 8(k) and 18(a) of this Act.
(2) A reference in paragraph 11(4)(a) of the Natural Resources Management (Financial Assistance) Act 1992 to amounts appropriated from time to time by the Parliament includes a reference to an amount debited from the Account in accordance with paragraphs 8(k) and 18(b) of this Act.
