NORFOLK ISLAND ACT 1979 - SECT 19A

  (1)   Subject to this Act, the Governor - General may make Ordinances for the peace, order and good government of the Territory.

  (2)   An Ordinance made under subsection   ( 1) is a legislative instrument.
