Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Supreme Court of Norfolk Island established by the Norfolk Island Act 1957 continues in existence, notwithstanding the repeal of that Act, as the Superior Court of Record of the Territory.
(2) The Supreme Court shall consist of a Chief Justice and such other Judge as is, or such other Judges as are, appointed in accordance with this Act.
