Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If a warrant in relation to residential premises is being executed and the controller of the premises or another person who apparently represents the controller is present at the premises, the trade measurement inspector must make available to that person a copy of the warrant.
(2) The trade measurement inspector must identify himself or herself to that person.
(3) The copy of the warrant need not include the signature of the magistrate who issued the warrant.
