NATIONAL MEASUREMENT ACT 1960 - SECT 18NM

Surrender and transfer of servicing licence

  (1)   A servicing licensee may surrender the licence by notice in writing given to the Secretary.

  (2)   Subject to section   18NJ, a servicing licence is not transferable.
