Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts( 1 ) The Gallery may arrange with an Agency Head (within the meaning of the Public Service Act 1999 ) , or with a body established for a public purpose by a law of the Commonwealth , for the services of officers or employees of the Agency or body to be made available to the Gallery .
(2 ) The Gallery may enter into an arrangement with the appropriate authority of a State or Territory for the services of officers or employees of the Public Service of the State or Territory, or of a State or Territory statutory authority, to be made available to the Gallery .
