Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may grant leave of absence to the Chair of the Nature Repair Committee on the terms and conditions that the Minister determines.
(2) The Chair of the Nature Repair Committee may grant leave of absence to any Nature Repair Committee member on the terms and conditions that the Chair determines.
