Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsThe Minister may, by legislative instrument, direct the Nature Repair Committee to do any or all of the following:
(a) have regard to one or more specified matters in giving advice about the making of a biodiversity assessment instrument;
(b) have regard to one or more specified matters in giving advice about the variation of a biodiversity assessment instrument;
(c) have regard to one or more specified matters in giving advice about the revocation of a biodiversity assessment instrument.
Note: Section 42 (disallowance) and Part 4 of Chapter 3 (sunsetting) of the Legislation Act 2003 do not apply to the direction (see regulations made for the purposes of paragraphs 44(2)(b) and 54(2)(b) of that Act).
