Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated ActsA transmission of a biodiversity certificate, whether by assignment or by any other lawful means, is of no force until the biodiversity certificate has been transferred, in accordance with rules made for the purposes of section 167:
(a) from a Register account held by the transferor; and
(b) into a Register account held by the transferee.
