Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister must, for each financial year, cause a report to be prepared and included in the annual report of the Department for that financial year on:
(a) the operation of this Act; and
(b) agreements made under this Act;
during that financial year.
(2) The first report must relate to the period beginning on the day on which this Act commences and ending on 30 June 1993.
