Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) Any notice that the Operator is required or authorised by this Act to give to a participating institution that is a member of a participating group must be given by the Operator to the representative for the group.
(2) A notice given under subsection (1) must, in every respect, be in the same form, and in the same terms, as if it were being given to the participating institution concerned.
