Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) The rules may require or permit the Operator to give a notice to a person or an institution about a matter relating to the operation of this Act.
(2) If this Act requires or permits the Operator to give a notice to a person or institution, the Operator may give the notice in any way that the Operator considers appropriate.
