NATIONAL SECURITY INFORMATION (CRIMINAL AND CIVIL PROCEEDINGS) ACT 2004 - SECT 20
When an order of a court ceases to be subject to appeal
An order of a court ceases to be subject to appeal when:
(a) the period for appealing against the order ends without an
appeal being made; or
(b) if an appeal is made against the order--the appeal is
finally determined or otherwise disposed of.
