Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) If the court makes a decision under subsection 29(8), a record recipient (within the meaning of subsection 29(6)) may request that the court delay making the record to allow time for the record recipient to:
(a) decide whether to appeal against the court's decision; and
(b) if the recipient decides to do so--make the appeal.
(2) The court must grant the request.
