Commonwealth Consolidated Acts Commonwealth Consolidated Acts(1) A record recipient (within the meaning of subsection 29(6)) may appeal against a decision of the court made under subsection 29(8).
(2) The court that has jurisdiction to hear and determine appeals from the judgment on the trial in the proceeding has jurisdiction to hear and determine any appeal under this section.
